Mo Bamba Traded to Los Angeles Lakers
Multiple Player Movement in Final Hours Before Deadline
In a flurry of transactions leading up to the trade deadline, the Orlando Magic were involved in a four-team deal that sent center Mo Bamba to the Los Angeles Lakers. The move marks a significant shift in the Magic's roster as they continue to rebuild for the future.
As part of the trade, the Magic acquired a first-round pick from the Lakers, as well as a future second-round pick. In addition to Bamba, the Magic traded Patrick Beverley to the Minnesota Timberwolves and Bol Bol to the Detroit Pistons.
